ROMT Slate Fundraiser: Join Radio Host John Anthony on Tuesday, March 11 at the Beacon Tap in Des Plaines
Republicans of Maine Township will be gathering next Tuesday evening, March 11, from 6:00pm to 8:00pm, in support of our fantastic slate of Township candidates for three Trustee positions: David Butterfield, Frank Roberto & Altaf Bukhari, as well as our candidate for Township Highway Commissioner: Slobodan Bodo Jokic.
We’ll be at the Beacon Tap in Des Plaines, along with our special guest, AM-560 radio host John Anthony from 6:00pm to 8:00pm!
BREAKING NEWS…Illinois RNC Delegate Dean White has also been added to our speaker list for the evening at Beacon Tap!
A $50 entry per attendee includes plenty of pizza and draft beer, while you get to meet and speak with the candidates and John Anthony. If you’re able to attend, please RSVP at the very bottom of this page. If you’re unsure whether you can attend on Tuesday, you can always pay at the door when you arrive with cash, or a check made out to ROMT or Republicans of Maine Township. We are not able to facilitate the use of credit or debit cards at the door, at this time.
If you’re not able to make it Tuesday, you can still support the election efforts on behalf of our candidates by either purchasing a ticket below or making a donation, which will be specifically be used in our campaign effort.
Mail-in or Drop Box Ballots go in the mail this week for those of you who have permanent vote by mail status. If you would like to receive a ballot in the mail from the Cook County Clerk’s office, you can sign up HERE through Thursday, March 27. Early Voting and ballot drop off in Maine Township is at the Park Ridge City Hall; Des Plaines Library; Niles Village Hall; beginning at 9:00am on Monday, March 17.
Early Voting and ballot drop is every day of the week (Saturday’s & Sunday’s TOO!) through Election Day, HOWEVER, ballots MUST be mailed by April 1, preferably at a US Post Office. ON ELECTION DAY you may ONLY drop ballots at these Election Day Vote Centers, NOT at your precinct polling place.
Election Day is Tuesday, April 1 and you are able to vote at a precinct polling site very near to your registered address. If you would like to volunteer in advance of (or on) April 1, in support of our Republican candidates, email the Republicans of Maine Township at AliciaBailey@ROMT.us
